SYTOP CIPPE 2025 Beijing

The 25th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE 2025) was held on March 26-28, 2025, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion) in Beijing. As the annual flagship event of the global oil and gas industry, this year's exhibition, with the theme of “Digital Intelligence Driving Green Transformation”, attracted nearly 2,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, with an exhibition area of 120,000 square meters and a record high of 170,000 professional visitors. The exhibition specially set up the Hydrogen Energy Industry Exhibition, Offshore & Marine Section and Smart Pipeline Network Zone, focusing on displaying hydrogen production and storage technologies, deep-sea exploration equipment, quantum communication systems, ocean carbon capture and other cutting-edge innovations. Eighteen international pavilions from the United States, Germany, France, and Russia, as well as leading domestic enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, etc., jointly presented a technological feast covering the whole industrial chain of oil and gas exploration, production, storage, and transportation.

During the exhibition, the SYTOP booth, with the theme of “Precision Manufacturing・Long-lasting Guard”, focused on customized cobalt alloy parts solutions for oil and gas exploration, chemical pumps and valves, covering:

Wear-resistant components for MWD drilling measurement system: nanocrystalline reinforced cobalt alloy can withstand 400℃ high temperature and 500MPa high-pressure environment at the bottom of the well, and the wear-resistant life is increased by 4 times.

Downhole pump plunger seals: Innovative gradient coating technology for reduced leakage and higher corrosion resistance in sulfur-containing crude environments.

The core component of a chemical centrifugal pump is an integral investment casting cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy impeller with greatly improved vapor corrosion resistance compared with traditional materials.
